(EDIT- for the sake of parody, in less than 5 mintues, 10 favs... i used to thing that was "nuts" haha!)

my attention has once again been returned to PRTOPA lately, due to a couple conversations, and i came to realize that it's design was very... general, and wasn't all that clear in parts... i wanted to kinda revamp it, and change it's design a bit... not too different, just "better"

due to a very interesting conversation, i came to realize that TROPIUS was based off of an african cryptid, and PTROPA ironically fits the identity of another african cryptid... i don't remember the names off hand, but they're both listed in the conversation found here:

This is my favorite of your concepts. I think that there couldnt be a better Tropius pre-evo. I definitely think this is a great improvement also.
