Gaia Incarnate

(this has nothing to do with Gaiaonline... believe it or not)

This is a sword i just came up with this after-noon, based on mother nature, and the concept of the natural world and forest

and hte little seed thing is the basic form that it is in when not in use... im debating whether the sword is grown from the tree... or not... i onno...

we were finally taking out the Christmas tree (it's a fake'n) and we took it out piece by piece, and as i held one end of a piece... the feeling of the "trunk" and it's "branches" in my hand caused me to think up this fine sword

the handle is the trunk of the "tree" and at the end is that gem, then the gaurd curves around the trunk (just so's you have a better understanding of it's structure)

at first it was just the sword and branches, then i inked it, and started color... and realized the green in the hilt area looked awkward without more spread around, so i added vines and the flower at the end of the handle

so after going over what i did, and earasing 3what colors i could, we get the result

i think it came out faily well, myself :]
