this is the prize for :iconblueghosty: who got third in my "original pokemon contest"

now remember when i said "in my style, it could lead to me doing a detailed drawing?" well this is a prime example... 3rd place ended up possibly being my best drawing >.>

now i know he runs around to build electricity, but i liked the idea of him sapping an electrical tower thing and ripping it apart... i like it!

i hope it's right, since i drew the tower without reference, and i also made a few somewhat small design changes, as per my suggestions... it's hard to see what i did with the tail, so i drew this to show it [link] i made alternating spikes to reference a lightning bolt shape, without making a lightning bolt
